Attorney Phillip Kim received a Juris Doctor degree from Lewis and Clark Law School, accredited by American Bar Association, located in Portland, Oregon.

Immigration Attorney Phillip Kim has worked for Justice Kistler (now in Oregon Supreme Court), Chief Judge Brewer, and Judge Wollheim at the Court of Appeals of Oregon in 2003.The Court of Appeals of Oregon is one of the busiest courts in the United States with a heavy workload. At the Court, Attorney Phillip Kim advised the Court on whether to grant or deny numerous motions on a variety of legal issues in lawsuits.

Attorney Phillip Kim is licensed to practice Immigration Law in all jurisdictions in the United States including, but not limited to, California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Texas, New York, and Florida. Attorney Phillip Kim has also represented his clients in the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), 9th Circuit, 1st Circuit, 2nd Circuit, 3rd Circuit, 4th Circuit, 5th Circuit, and 11th Circuit.

Associate Attorney Gai Yi Wong

Attorney Gai Yi Wong is an associate attorney with the Phillip Kim Law Center. Attorney Wong’s practice is concentrated in the area of immigration law. Prior to joining the Phillip Kim Law Center, Attorney Wong has helped victims of abuse obtain restraining orders in Family Law Court. That personal experience with helping victims of abuse led Attorney Wong to the interest in the area of immigration. Attorney Wong is currently a member of the California Bar Association and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
